We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our e-commerce service and to provide accessible support when purchasing services or obtaining information about our services. 1. Accessibility Status
To evaluate the accessibility of our website service, our team has carried out a self-assessment of the user experience by checking compliance with legally established accessibility requirements. This self-assessment was based on Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the European Accessibility Act).
The standard requirements for websites are aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Therefore, in our self-assessment and in informing users about accessibility, we refer to WCAG criteria.
This website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA guidelines, which means you can:
- Change colors, contrast levels, and fonts using browser extensions or device settings.
- Zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen.
- Navigate most of the website using a keyboard.
- Listen to most of the website’s content using a screen reader.
2. Partially Accessible Content
Some parts of the website are currently only partially compliant with accessibility requirements. We are actively working to resolve these issues. Below is a list of the website features we are currently addressing:
- Visual elements are missing descriptive “alt” text alternatives (WCAG 1.1.1).
- Some fields do not support autocomplete (WCAG 1.3.5).
- The contrast between some elements is too low (WCAG 1.4.11 and 1.4.3).
- Some textual content is presented as images and is unreadable by assistive technologies (WCAG 1.4.5).
- Some elements are inaccessible using the “Tab” key for navigation (WCAG 2.1.1).
- The same link text is used for different purposes (context defines the target, WCAG 2.4.4).
- Some elements lack proper labeling for assistive technologies (WCAG 2.5.3).
- Error messages in some places differ from the selected language (WCAG 3.1.2).
- Some form error messages are not clear enough to help the user identify and correct mistakes (WCAG 3.3.1).
- Instructions for correcting form errors may be unclear when forms are incorrectly filled out (WCAG 3.3.3).
- Status messages are not programmatically readable, so users of assistive technologies are not automatically notified (WCAG 4.1.3).
We are actively working to resolve these issues by June 27, 2030.
